Ramona Mathany

Ramona Mathany

President and CEO

Ramona Mathany is the Founder and CEO of All Star Professionals, as well as American Admin, Inc., All Star Labor & Staffing, and The Mathany Group. With 26 years as a business owner and CEO in the Recruiting and Human Resource Consulting industries, Ramona understands, first-hand, the high demand for top-notch talent within every company. At All Star Professionals, her vision is to offer unique, customizable solutions to meet the needs of our clients and candidates. Ramona earned her Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Portland and has utilized her education to build a culture of service and compassion in all her brands. In her free time, she enjoys paddle boarding, spending time with her children, and engaging in ministry throughout Oregon.

Adam Stephens

Adam Woodside, PHR

Vice President

Adam Woodside is Vice President for All Star Professionals. Adam met Ramona Mathany in 2015 when he joined her staffing firm, All Star Labor & Staffing in Portland, OR. In 2016, he began managing operations for All Star Labor & Staffing, The Mathany Group in 2022, and All Star Professionals in 2024, all recruiting brands owned by Ramona. He prides himself on building a team of Recruiters that are passionate and driven with a strong background in talent acquisition and engagement. With 20 years of extensive operations experience in recruiting, biotechnology, manufacturing, and supply chain management, he has achieved a high level of success in managing the growth and profitability of a variety of companies. Adam earned his Professional in Human Resource (PHR) in 2020 and has received multiple awards for reducing costs, cultural development, and servant leadership throughout his career. In his free time, Adam enjoys spending time with his partner (Keith), weightlifting, traveling, art, and engaging in any adrenaline producing activity!

Business Development – Oregon

Rigo is native to Oregon and brings over 11 years of staffing industry experience. Having been on both the sales and recruiting side of our industry, Rigo takes the initiative to educate our perspective clients on the services we offer. Oregon born and raised he spends most of his time staying active with running, swimming, lifting weights, and raising his son, Jackson.
Bob Fitzgerald

Bob Fitzgerald

Business Development – Portland Metro Area

Bob is a native Oregonian with a BA in Communication from Portland State University and over 14 years of Sales, Account Management, and Operations experience. As a Business Development Manager, he works to find businesses that are looking for a partner to aid them in the search for and supply of quality candidates. When not working, Bob enjoys spending time with friends and family, working out, running with his two border collies, skiing, and going to the movies.

Jeryme Spitzer is proud to have joined All Star Professionals in 2024 to develop our Arizona market. With over 20 years of experience in sales and leadership, Jeryme brings a wealth of expertise to the staffing scene in Arizona. He has deep-rooted connections in the valley and is committed to bringing a unique and impactful perspective to our operations. Beyond his professional endeavors, Jeryme is a devoted father to two beautiful daughters who shine on the dance stage whenever they get the chance. In his leisure time, he enjoys immersing himself in the great outdoors, whether it’s camping, paddleboarding, or indulging in his passion for jiu-jitsu.
